If you would like to book please contact us to check if your required dates are available. Then once we have confirmed your dates please complete and email (or snail mail) by return, the booking form which will be sent to you on confirmation that your chosen dates are available.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will require a 25% non-refundable deposit for your holiday via cheque, Paypal or bank transfer.
The balance of your holiday must be paid at least 4 weeks before your holiday. If you are booking within 4 weeks of your holiday then payment of the full amount is due on reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel your holiday and retain the deposit paid if full settlement of the invoice has not been made within 14 days of receiving your balance reminder.
Cancellation
In the unfortunate event you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds, but if it is possible to re-let your holiday we will offer you alternative dates.
Please telephone us immediately if you have to cancel. We will always do our best to re sell your holiday for you, but this will incur an administration fee of £50, alternatively if you can find someone to take the dates you have booked then this fee will be waived.
If cancellation is 4 weeks + prior to your stay and we are able to re sell your holiday you will forfeit the deposit only. Cancel within 4 weeks and you will be held responsible for the prompt payment of the full cost of your holiday.
We advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
If we have to cancel your holiday for any reason then we will offer alternative dates for booking or provide a full refund.
